Business Services 

The College Business Services has as its primary responsibility the stewardship and enhancement of the College's customer service, communications, human, financial, and physical resources. We support our MCCD and College's mission and goals through:

  • Providing a variety of financially related services to students, faculty and staff including the receipt and processing of payments for various fees and billings, refund to students for credit accounts, collect money owed to the College and processing all different types of payment.
  • Providing sound fiscal/budget management, accounting for and managing the financial & physical assets ensuring compliance with laws, regulations and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, timely and accurate financial information and reports.
  • Developing mutual trust and respect with our constituents by fostering a "team" approach within the department and other SMCC departments.
  • Expanding services to better serve our students, communities and staff.
