Dolly gives to our PSA employees from her heart and stands up for their rights no matter who likes it or not. Dolly is not afraid to speak her mind and makes sure it is heard. She never forgets where she came from and where she started. It’s nice to know a manager who supports her PSA employees because they deserve it. She knows her job inside and out, and is here for the students, as it should be. She’s willing and able to teach, learn, and share her knowledge. Dolly is truly a great role model for all managers and gives 150% to this campus. Dolly truly deserves to be honored for her hard work, dedication and loyalty to her employees and SMCC. Thank you for this opportunity.
Dolly is awesome. Many people don’t realize that she has always stood up for what she believes is the right thing. She is a fine example of someone who has courage to tackle things that many would turn away from. She has always promoted a strong and happy work environment and works her best to keep that atmosphere on the campus. To me, Dolly has always been a pillar on our campus and a wonderful example of leadership and character to her co-workers, students and the community!
Dolly is indeed a friend of PSA. She is an excellent example of promotion through the PSA ranks into a management position utilizing a combination of hard work, dedication, and the attainment of academic credentials. Because of her experience and insights, she is able to view PSA goals and activities through a unique perspective. I applaud our choice of Dolly as a “Friend of PSA.”
It is wonderful to hear the news about such a professional, heart warming, caring, supportive person. I have known Dolly for a number of years and I am very honor to have her as a supervisor. She is fair, honest, values her employees, and is one of those individual that many people would not get the opportunity to cross paths in their lifetime. I could honestly state that since I have been in the District she is the only supervisor whom I truly felt of value. It a good feeling to know that you have the support and encouragement of one such as Dolly. I feel that she has been a godsend in my employment life and that you has have giving me hope that life is truly good.
