Using Help Desk for Work

Use the following information to write a brief overview:

  • Use Help desk for any work you want done.
  • Remember that any New projects will require funding from the Department that's making the request.
  • Any set-up or if you are requesting a room, this needs to go to Lois for scheduling.
  • If you have an emergency, you need to call Security or the M&O department.( Cell Phone # and Office #)
  • If you don't know who to assign the Help desk to, send it to M&O and they will assign it to the qualified Person.
