Why is Manuel Lopez a "Friend of PSA"?

The following are comments from PSA employees:

• Manuel is someone who doesn't "toot his own horn," but quietly tries to help people, whether by providing a listening ear, offering advice or encouragement, or trying to find a solution. Manuel supports and encourages those PSA people who work with him to improve themselves.
  
  
• Manuel always has a moment to listen to your concerns.
  
  
• Manuel exemplifies "customer service". He does his best to help solve problems.
  
  
• Manuel has been a friend to many of us, offering support and encouragement.
  
  
• Manuel has the best attitude in work that I ever sew, It doesn't matter how hard his work day goes he is always smiling and in a good mood. He will be the best friend of PSA.

• Manuel has always been supportive of PSA, he remembers where he came from. He's always helped me when I've called him for problems sometimes two hours or even two days later (just kidding) and never makes the smart remark call help desk, he just helps you.  Oh but when he wants the favor returned it's a double one at that. Ha! Ha! You can count on Manuel no matter what the problem is.

  "M" stands for "Mannerly"; showing good manners; civil; respectful; complaisant.
  "A" stands for "Assistant" a person who contributes to the fulfillment of a need or furtherance of an effort or purpose.
  "N" stands for "Nice" pleasing and agreeable in nature, exhibiting courtesy and politeness.
  "U" stands for "Useful" having power to produce, good; serviceable for any end or object; helpful toward advancing any purpose.
  "E" stands for "Enjoyable" capable of being enjoyed or of giving joy;  yielding enjoyment.
  "L" stands for "Loyal" faithful to a person; ideal; custom; cause or duty.
  
  
• When we would call him to fix our computers, printers, etc. or just to hear our complaints he would stand there and listen with a smile.  Knowing deep down he was thinking "please stop",  but still with a smile trying to walk away. Beside, he's a great guy.
  
  
• Manuel has always been there for us; and even when things weren't getting fixed this year, when I saw him he got them taken care of right away.  HURRAY for Manuel!!  We are very fortunate to have him as part of SMCC and hope he continues to be part of us!
  
  
• Manuel has a warm and welcoming attitude toward his colleagues.  He is so much fun to work with.  I never seen him loose his cool. He is a gem!  What a great choice!
  
  
• Manuel has always been very supportive of PSA.  He has also been very agreeable to any time that I have needed to be away from my job to attend meetings or any other PSA functions through out the years.

• Not enough can be said about what a wonderful experience it is working with Manuel on a daily basis.  As Manuel's team members we have a few words that best describe him: patient, supportive, fair, understanding, respectful, encouraging, and most of all a strong supporter of PSA.   Manuel has been an inspiration to a great many of people at SMCC.
