Hello everyone,

The deadline for PSA Dues is December.  You can pay by cash or check or fill out a payroll deduction form and have the dues taken out of your paycheck.  You can have it all taken out at once or split the payments out of two checks.  

• Campus PSA Dues are $15.00
• District Dues $15.00

The treasurer (currently Lily Lough) has the payroll deduction forms.  If you have previously completed a payroll deduction form  it will automatically deduct your dues. 

If you have paid your dues in the past by cash or check and would like the convenience of having your dues deducted automatically please complete the payroll deduction form. 

If you are new to SMCC and would like to pay your PSA dues please speak with Lily Lough or myself.  We need these forms back as soon as possible to turn in to the District treasurer.
