The president shall preside over all Association meetings, serve as liaison for District-wide Professional Staff employees, appoint committee members not requiring election and be the official spokesperson for Professional Staff employees.

The past president shall advise the president as needed, chair the election committee and act as Parliamentarian to PSA.

The president-elect shall assume the duties of the president in their absence and serve as chair to the summer conference committee. If the office of the president is vacant the president-elect shall assume the position for the remainder of that term and the succeeding term.

The secretary shall be the official recorder for PSA, distribute agendas and minutes for Association meetings and maintain official files, correspondence and committee reports.

The treasurer shall open, record and maintain financial records for PSA, maintain a current list of PSA members and cooperate with the audit committee.
Chris Hoeffler (Policy Chair) 480.423.6476
The policy chair shall gather and present information for periodic review of the Professional Staff policy manual.
